Job Summary
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring the organization's marketing strategies to drive lead generation, brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth. The role requires expertise in digital marketing, branding, campaign management, market research, and cross-functional coordination.Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Planning, executing, and monitoring both online and offline marketing activities.
- Managing end-to-end digital lead generation campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Possessing in-depth knowledge of Digital Marketing, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, WhatsApp Marketing, and Marketing Automation.
- Developing and implementing branding strategies to strengthen the company's market presence and brand value.
- Managing lead generation campaigns with a focus on lead quality, cost optimization, and ROI improvement.
- Analyzing campaign performance and preparing actionable reports using data analytics and performance metrics.
- Coordinating with Sales, Documentation, Operations, HR, and other departments to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives.
- Planning and executing marketing events, seminars, exhibitions, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Managing relationships with external marketing agencies, creative agencies, media partners, and other vendors.
- Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior studies to identify new opportunities.
- Monitoring marketing budgets and ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
- Developing content strategies and overseeing the creation of marketing materials, creatives, and promotional campaigns.
- Driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuously optimizing marketing strategies based on results.
- Managing website performance, social media presence, online reputation, and digital assets.
- Ensuring effective utilization of CRM systems and marketing technology tools.
- Staying updated with the latest industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in marketing.
- Experience in the Education, Study Abroad, Immigration, IELTS/PTE, or related industries will be preferred.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, analytical, communication, vendor management, and campaign management skills, with a proven track record in driving lead generation and brand growth.Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Master's Degree/MBA in Marketing is preferred.
- Minimum 3–10 years of experience in marketing, lead generation, and brand management.
- Experience in Education, Study Abroad, Immigration, IELTS/PTE, EdTech, or related industries will be preferred.
