Job Title: Business Development Manager – IT Infrastructure

Experience: 2–8 Years

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Technical qualification preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development initiatives and generate leads.
- Manage sales and marketing of IT infrastructure products.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with channel partners and their end customers.
- Develop mindshare among partners and ensure consistent business growth.
- Handle both technical and commercial aspects of the sales process.
- Conduct presentations, product demos, and support certification initiatives.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and periodic reporting.
- Maintain a professional and presentable demeanor during customer interactions.
- Travel as required to support partners and clients.

- Preferred Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline; Technical background is a plus. Prior experience in IT Infrastructure, Networking, Surveillance, or Enterprise IT products is preferred.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
