Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Production Engineer with experience in CNC/VMC machine shop operations. The candidate will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and improving production processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and control daily production activities in CNC/VMC machines
- Optimize machining processes to improve productivity and reduce cycle time
- Ensure quality standards are maintained as per drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with design, quality, and maintenance teams
- Monitor machine utilization and reduce downtime
- Handle manpower allocation and shop floor supervision
- Maintain production reports and documentation
Requirements:
- Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering
- Well experienced in CNC/VMC machine shop
- Knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and production planning
- Basic knowledge of quality tools and drawings
