Location: A-18, Sector 59, Noida (Near Edtech Innovative, Second Floor)
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)

Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced PhD Admission Counselor who has a strong background in counseling candidates for PhD admissions. The ideal candidate should have experience handling end-to-end admissions, counseling working professionals, and achieving enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective candidates for PhD admissions.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead conversions.
- Explain PhD eligibility, university options, admission process, documentation, and fee structure.
- Guide candidates throughout the admission journey until enrollment.
- Maintain lead records in the CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processing.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and counseling skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
- Target-driven approach with good CRM knowledge.
- Ability to manage multiple leads efficiently.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in education counseling or academic sales.
- Candidates with prior experience at Aimlay or other organizations specializing in PhD counseling will be given preference.
- Experience in PhD, Doctorate, Higher Education, Distance Learning, or Online Education counseling is highly preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience with Aimlay is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in PhD admissions and counseling.
- Strong conversion and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
