Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Explain course details and services to prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads provided by the company.
- Maintain proper communication and relationship with candidates/customers.
- Convert inquiries into admissions/sales.
- Update call records and daily follow-up status.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling/customer handling.
- Mandatory experience in the EdTech industry.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and lead handling.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
