Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise banquet events as per the event schedule.
- Ensure banquet halls are set up according to guest requirements and company standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, housekeeping, engineering, and other departments for smooth event execution.
- Welcome guests and ensure excellent customer service throughout the event.
- Monitor food and beverage service to maintain quality and presentation standards.
- Handle guest requests and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Brief and assign duties to banquet staff before each event.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained in banquet areas.
- Monitor banquet equipment, linen, crockery, and inventory.
- Prepare event reports and communicate event feedback to the Banquet Manager.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support sales and operations in delivering successful events and maximizing guest satisfaction.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
