Requirements
MBA in Supply Chain Management.
1–3 years of experience in Procurement/Purchasing.
Experience in hotel, restaurant, or hospitality procurement is preferred.
Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.
Good knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and cost optimization.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Source and procure materials, products, and services as per business requirements.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to secure the best pricing and quality.
Prepare purchase orders and manage the end-to-end procurement process.
Compare quotations and ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
Maintain vendor relationships, procurement records, and inventory reports.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and support continuous cost-saving initiatives.
