Job Description
We are looking for a professional, confident, and well-organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Jalandhar. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage front office operations efficiently. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional environment while supporting daily administrative and coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional manner
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls efficiently
- Managing the reception area and ensuring it remains organized
- Handling appointments, follow-ups, and client coordination
- Maintaining client records, filing, and data entry tasks
- Handling emails, couriers, and office correspondence
- Providing accurate information regarding company services
- Coordinating with internal staff and departments as required
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email handling, and computer systems
- Professional personality with a presentable appearance
- Ability to handle client interactions confidently and politely
Work Location: In-person (Jalandhar)
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
