Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic manufacturing team located in Ranje Khed, Shivapur. The ideal candidate will possess a technical background and a strong desire to support our sales team in achieving company goals. This role involves coordinating sales activities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing customer inquiries
- Coordinate communication between sales, production, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- A technical background in manufacturing or engineering is preferred
- Proven experience in sales coordination within a manufacturing environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/SAP software
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
