Job Description
Position: HR Executive
Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and schedule hiring processes
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
2. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives
- Drive programs that enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction
- Support internal communication and team bonding initiatives
- Contribute to building a positive and inclusive work environment
3. Attendance & HR Operations
- Maintain and track employee attendance and leave records
- Ensure accuracy in attendance data for payroll processing
- Handle employee records, documentation, and HRMS updates
- Support day-to-day HR administrative activities
4. HR Coordination & Compliance
- Assist in implementing HR policies and processes
- Ensure adherence to company policies and HR best practices
- Support documentation, and compliance-related activities
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR tools/systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- MBA in HR or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in a fast-paced/startup environment is a plus
- Experience: 1–4 years (preferred)
