Position: QC Head
Reporting To: Director / Plant Head
Qualification: Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical or relevant field.
Experience: 4–10 years of experience in Quality Control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and control overall QC operations as per quality standards.
- Implement and maintain QMS as per ISO and customer requirements.
- Ensure incoming, in-process, and final inspections as per control plans.
- Review and approve quality reports and inspection records.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Engineering to resolve quality issues.
- Handle customer complaints, RCA, and CAPA activities.
- Monitor and improve processes using QC tools (SPC, MSA, PPAP, 7 QC tools).
- Ensure calibration and upkeep of measuring instruments.
- Prepare quality performance reports for management.
- Lead audits, train QC staff, and drive continuous improvement.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
