Job Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities,
managing customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role involves handling
domestic and international customers, managing sales pipelines, coordinating quotations and followups, and ensuring effective CRM utilization.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and develop customer relationships.
- Manage inquiries, RFQs, quotations, and sales negotiations.
- Follow up on leads, samples, quotations, and ongoing opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and grow key customer accounts.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
- Coordinate with Export, Production, QA, and Accounts teams for smooth order execution.
- Identify new markets, distributors, and business opportunities.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and support customer retention initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related
field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in herbal extracts, nutraceutical
ingredients, pharmaceuticals, food ingredients, specialty chemicals, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in customer acquisition, account management, and business development.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting.
