Job Location: Bangalore
We are looking for a Patent Drafting/Writing Analyst with 1+ yrs of experience in drafting provisional and non provisional patent application to join our team
- Proficiency in drafting/writing patent claims and technical specifications to support patent applications
- Proficiency in drafting responses to office action
- Excellent analytical skills to analyse the invention disclosure and draft the specifications in line with patent law
- Experience in patent filing & prosecution will be added advantage
- Familiarity with PCT, United States (US), India (IN) and patent laws and European (EP) practices
- Strong knowledge of Intellectual Property & Patent Law
- Excellent written communication skills
- Immediate joiner preferred
- This position is full-time, work-from-office role based in Bangalore
Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Telecommunication, Computer Science, or any engineering discipline, as well as MSc graduates in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Physics, or related sciences with expertise in the mentioned IP skills
