Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Customer Support Executive for our E-commerce Operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, managing emails, processing and packing orders, coordinating courier dispatches, and ensuring smooth day-to-day order operations. Candidates should possess basic system and computer knowledge with good communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and website chats.
- Respond to customer queries regarding products, orders, delivery status, and payments.
- Process incoming orders and update order details in the system.
- Pack products carefully and coordinate courier dispatches.
- Track shipments and assist customers with delivery-related issues.
- Maintain customer records, order details, and daily reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for stock availability and order fulfilment.
- Ensure timely response and professional customer handling.
- Assist in basic backend e-commerce operations when required.
Key Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Any Graduate preferred.
- Basic computer and system knowledge is mandatory.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, email handling, and internet usage.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work responsibly.
- Experience in customer support, e-commerce operations, or order handling is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of courier handling and order packing preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and system knowledge can also apply.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
