Job Title: E-Commerce Customer Support Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused E-Commerce Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, provide timely resolutions, and ensure a smooth online shopping experience. The candidate should be comfortable using computer systems, browsing the internet, and communicating effectively in multiple languages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns
- Resolve product or service-related issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide product information and guidance to customers
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Use online tools and platforms to manage customer requests
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of computer operations and internet browsing
- Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT or similar AI tools for assistance
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer support or e-commerce (preferred but not mandatory)
- Graduate or equivalent qualification
