ABOUT US: ‘Spectrum Supplychain Solutions Pvt Ltd’ having its affiliation worldwide. And its custom clearing wing, which is reputed custom broker Sevenseas Supplychain Solutions Pvt Ltd. having AEO status.
We are involved in Freight Forwarding, Custom Clearance, Warehousing and Support Services. For our expansion plan we need dynamic, hardworking, and result-oriented team players for the above at our corporate office in Noida. We are having our own offices at various locations in India.
Job Details:
Position- HR Manager
Experience- 3-5 years
Job Profile-
- Responsible for End-to-End Recruitment experience i.e. from sourcing potential candidate.
- Salary Negotiations, offer releasing, joining formalities & onboarding.
- Handling initial round of HR interviews to evaluate the candidate's fitment.
- Employee On-boarding/off-boarding
- Raising Offer Letter, Salary negotiation & follow up till closure and joining.
- Employee Relations - Training, KRA/KPI monitoring
- HR Policy Management
- HR System & Reporting
- HR Compliance
Desired Candidate Profile
- Must have good communication skills (written and verbal) as well as strong on recruitment.
- Proficient in Beehive Software, Google work Space and AI
Salary- CTC - 28k to 35k
Joining status- Immediate joiner will be preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
