Sangath Academy is a fast-growing coaching institute offering expert classroom coaching for UPSC, MPSC, SSC, RBI, Police Bharti, and other competitive government examinations. We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and result-oriented Admissions Counselor and other branch operations.
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic UPSC | MPSC Academic Counsellor to assist civil services aspirants in understanding the UPSC | MPSC examination process and selecting the most suitable preparation programs. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a good understanding of the UPSC | MPSC examination structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide students regarding UPSC | MPSC preparation, including Foundation, Prelims, Mains, and Optional Subject programs.
- Provide detailed information about the UPSC | MPSC exam pattern, syllabus, preparation strategies, and available courses.
- Conduct counselling sessions through walk-ins, phone calls, and online platforms.
- Assess students' academic goals and recommend suitable courses or batches.
- Address student and parent queries in a professional and supportive manner.
- Follow up with prospective candidates and assist them throughout the admission process.
- Prior experience in counselling, admissions, telecalling, or sales is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
