We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselor to guide prospective students and parents through the admission process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and counseling skills, be customer-focused, and have the ability to achieve admission targets while ensuring a positive experience for applicants.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, admissions, eligibility criteria, and career opportunities.
- Handle walk-ins, inbound calls, outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries.
- Follow up with prospective students to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Explain the admission process, fee structure, scholarships, and payment options.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, applications, and admissions in the CRM/ERP system.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for smooth admission processing.
- Organize and participate in admission drives, seminars, educational fairs, and promotional events.
- Ensure timely submission and verification of admission documents.
- Achieve monthly and annual admission targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, schools, and educational partners.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports for management.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in admissions counseling, education counseling, academic sales, or student recruitment.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
