Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in programming and troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and Human Machine Interfaces (HMI).
Strong working knowledge of Allen-Bradley (AB) and Siemens PLC platforms for custom manufacturing equipment. Proficient in analysing and interpreting system performance logs and using online diagnostic tools.
Sound understanding of industrial automation and control systems.
Educational Qualification: B.E. in Electronics and Communication (ECE), Electrical and Electronics (EEE), or Electronics and Instrumentation (E&I) Engineering.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with integration and application engineers to develop advanced control system programming solutions for industrial machinery.
Establish and maintain programming standards, documentation, and best practices within the engineering team.
Perform control system troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization. Develop and modify control logic and HMI applications to meet custom machine requirements.
Prepare detailed technical specifications and implement standard engineering practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct root cause analysis for system failures or performance issues and implement corrective actions.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to resolve control-related challenges.
Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and technical personnel on system operation and maintenance. Provide on-site and remote technical support for installed systems as required.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
