We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Functional Lead with 8–10 years of experience in Salesforce CRM implementations, business analysis, solution design, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, gathering requirements, designing scalable Salesforce solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud implementations.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements.

Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and gap analysis.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.

Define future-state business processes and recommend Salesforce best practices.

Design functional solutions leveraging Salesforce capabilities.

Configure and support Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Define business rules, workflows, approval processes, and automation requirements.

Work closely with architects and developers to ensure solution alignment with business needs.

Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects.

Manage project deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, integration, and support teams.

Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT support.

Serve as the primary functional point of contact for business users.

Present solution designs and project updates to leadership teams.

Facilitate UAT sessions and obtain business sign-offs.

Provide training and knowledge transfer to end users.

Identify opportunities for CRM optimization and process improvements.

Ensure adherence to Salesforce governance and best practices.

Support release management and change management activities.

Maintain project documentation and functional design documents.

8–10 years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in Salesforce functional consulting.

Strong experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
