Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients or internal departments to understand their technology needs and design solutions to meet these requirements.
Conduct in-depth assessments of the client's current systems and processes, offering recommendations for improvements or new system adoptions.
Develop and present comprehensive analytical reports to clients or management, outlining solutions and the benefits of new technologies.
Implement new systems, including configuring hardware and software and facilitating an effective transition from old to new systems.
Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and innovations relevant to the client's business.
Provide ongoing support and technical assistance for all systems and projects implemented.
