Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive to drive sales and expand the distribution network for our sanitary napkin products in Patna. The role involves appointing dealers, distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners, building strong market presence, and increasing product reach across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and appoint new dealers, distributors, wholesalers, and channel partners for sanitary napkin products in Patna and nearby markets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand product penetration in the assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, medical stores, general trade outlets, and other potential B2B buyers.
- Conduct regular market visits to generate leads, onboard new business partners, and monitor competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through channel development and business expansion.
- Ensure product availability and smooth supply coordination with channel partners.
- Follow up on orders, collections, and outstanding payments from distributors/dealers.
- Promote brand visibility in the market through retailer engagement and local sales initiatives.
- Maintain sales reports, distributor data, market feedback, and daily activity updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and inventory support.
Required Candidate Profile
- Experience in B2B Sales / Channel Sales / Distributor Appointment / FMCG Sales
- Prior experience in sanitary napkins, personal hygiene products, FMCG, pharma, or consumer goods will be preferred
- Strong local market knowledge of Patna and surrounding areas
- Good network with dealers, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
