Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats.
- Resolve customer inquiries related to deliveries, order status, scheduling, and service requests.
- Coordinate with drivers, delivery teams, and operations staff to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when required.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Manage customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Provide delivery updates and communicate delays proactively.
- Meet daily productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM systems).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in customer support, logistics, transportation, e-commerce, or delivery operations.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
