We are seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to lead application development and modernization initiatives within the insurance sector, specifically focusing on General, Life and P&C Insurance. This role requires a strong background in software development, exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills and the ability to deliver complex projects in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities

Coordinate the preparation of customer proposals and statements of work

Deliver customer projects successfully

Manage customer expectations and relationship

Ensure that projects are delivered in line with the EPAM process and methodologies

Address customer issues during an engagement in cooperation with the Account Manager
-
Make sure that the customer executes their responsibilities on the engagements
-
Identify and manage engagement risks and flag major issues early
-
Participate in overall project management, time estimation and resource scheduling
-
Prepare estimations on time frames, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully implement projects; develop the project plan incorporating all project variables
-
Establish criteria concerning deliverability, performance, maintenance, design and costs

Assist in analysis of client processes through needs analysis and recommend new business models, workflows or innovative solutions
Requirements

15+ years of overall working experience
-
Background in management of Application Development, Application Modernization or Application Migration projects in P&C, Life or General Insurance
-
Experience in General, Life or P&C Insurance domains
-
Started career in software development
-
Excellent communication, presentation and planning skills

Exceptional organizational, leadership and stakeholder management skills

Self-motivated, reliable to deliver on time, quick-thinker, able to work in a fast-paced work environment with multiple tasks
