Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Institutional Sales Manager to drive business growth by developing strategic partnerships with educational institutions and other key stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to generate quality business opportunities through institutional outreach and market development initiatives.
Candidates from Education, EdTech, Pharma, FMCG, Banking, Insurance, Telecom, Consumer Durables, Publishing, Building Materials, and other B2B/B2C field sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through schools, colleges, coaching institutes, tuition centres, educational organizations, and other institutional partners.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with principals, school management, coaching owners, institutional decision-makers, and key influencers.
- Conduct regular field visits to identify new business prospects and strengthen existing partnerships.
- Plan and execute workshops, seminars, career guidance sessions, promotional activities, and institutional engagement programs.
- Generate high-quality leads through institutional networking, events, referrals, and field activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless lead management and business conversion.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business opportunities using CRM tools.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and market intelligence for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in Institutional Sales, Field Sales, Business Development, Channel Sales, Territory Sales, or Relationship Management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and the regional language is preferred.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
