Job Responsibilities
- ·Supervising into the work related to crops production & management, sowing, Nursery, pesticides, keeping the land /beds ready for next harvest, drip irrigation management etc required for proper harvest.
- Implementation fertilizers and irrigation based on crop needs and weather condition.
- Getting the work done from the farmers and labourers, housekeeping and repairs.
- Soil Science and Fertility management.
- Record keeping of inputs, yields and expenses for planning.
- Day to day administrative work related to supply and sale of vegetables to hotels / Vendors etc.
- Educating to the visiting groups about farming and agriculture
- Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
- Experiential learning to both students and corporates about agriculture/ farming
- Looking into the maintenance and cleanliness of the farm on regular basis.
- Farm maintenance
- Safety check of the place
- Hosting clients with all activities of the D-day with experiential learning related to farming / agriculture to clients’ base.
Working Hours : 8 am to 6 pm at the agriculture farm
Education Qual : B.Sc (Agriculture)
Communication : Good in English and Telugu
