About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Social Media Operator who knows exactly how Reddit works and has practical experience managing multiple profiles using anti-detect browsers.

What You Will Actually Do:
- Manage a dedicated batch of Reddit accounts using AdsPower and provided mobile proxies.
- Follow a strict 35-day daily action plan (SOP) to organically warm up the accounts.
- Read posts, write natural, context-relevant comments, and organically build up Comment and Post Karma.
- Strictly follow operational security rules to avoid account shadowbans or suspensions.
- Track the age and Karma of each account in our Google Sheets CRM.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Reddit Knowledge: You completely understand Reddit culture, subreddits, and how the Karma system works.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with AdsPower, GoLogin, Dolphin {anty}, or similar anti-detect browsers.
- Hardware: A PC/Laptop with at least 8GB RAM (strictly required) and a stable internet connection.
- Discipline: Ability to do routine, repetitive daily tasks without taking shortcuts or using spam bots.
Payment & Structure:
- This is a performance and milestone-based role.
- You are paid $5 to $7 per successfully managed account that reaches the 35-day mark and passes our Quality Control (no shadowbans, target Karma reached).
- You will start with a test batch of 10-20 accounts. Operators who prove their quality will be scaled up to manage 100+ accounts simultaneously.
