We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with experience in the hospitality industry and proficiency in Zoho accounting software. The ideal candidate will manage financial transactions, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide financial insights to optimize business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and reports.
- Manage tax filings, payroll processing, and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
- Oversee cash flow management and forecast financial performance.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payments efficiently.
- Utilize Zoho Books and other Zoho applications for financial tracking and reporting.
- Work closely with operations and management teams to provide financial insights.
- Assist in internal and external audits by preparing relevant documentation.
- Implement and improve accounting procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in Zoho Books and other Zoho finance applications.
- Strong understanding of hospitality financial operations, including revenue management, cost control, and profit analysis.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance related to the hospitality sector.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
