Job Description:
We are seeking an Outsource to act as the liaison between our main facility and external job-work vendors. This role balances offsite manufacturing management (quality control for metal blackening and anodizing) with financial duties (managing petty cash and local vendor payments).
Responsibilities
1. Outsourced Production & Vendor Management
- Coordinate and track offsite metal blackening (oxide coating) and anodizing processes to ensure strict quality standards are met.
- Manage transportation logistics: Ensure raw materials are safely delivered to vendors and finished components are received on schedule.
- Inspect completed outsourced batches against internal blueprints and quality parameters before signing off on deliveries. Indeed +1
2. Banking & Financial Duties
- Handle authorized cash withdrawals from the company’s petty cash account to settle immediate payments for job work.
- Maintain an accurate log of all cash transactions, reconciling receipts and remaining balances daily.
- Disburse payments strictly according to authorized purchase orders and management approvals.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in production coordination, procurement, or vendor management (specifically in metal surface treatments).
- Skills: Strong negotiation skills, high attention to detail, and a valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler license for local travel in the Hosur region.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per hour
