Site Leadership
- Take ownership of civil execution on assigned project sites from layout and excavation through finishes and handover.
- Lead site engineers, supervisors, and contractor teams; set daily and weekly targets and hold the team to them.
- Run the daily site review, weekly progress meetings, and monthly client review with clean numbers and clear next steps.
- Be the first point of escalation for execution issues; resolve on site where possible, escalate to leadership when it matters.
Drawings & Technical Review
- Vet structural, architectural, and MEP drawings before issue to site; flag clashes and constructability issues early.
- Mark up as-built changes, maintain the drawing register, and ensure the latest revision is on site.
- Coordinate with structural consultants, architects, and MEP engineers on RFIs and design changes.
- Review and approve bar bending schedules, shuttering plans, and pour sequences.
Quality & Compliance
- Enforce quality protocols aligned with CPWD/UP PWD/UP Jal Nigam specifications — material testing, mix designs, cube test schedules, formwork tolerances, finishing standards.
- Witness critical activities: foundation pours, RCC pours, structural steel, waterproofing, and finishing mock-ups.
- Maintain quality registers, test reports, and non-conformance closure documentation audit-ready at all times.
- Drive safety on site — PPE compliance, scaffolding checks, edge protection, and incident reporting.
Estimation, Billing & Procurement Support
- Prepare and review BOQs, rate analyses, and quantity take-offs aligned with CPWD/PWD norms.
- Verify contractor RA bills and sub-contractor measurements against drawings and site reality.
- Raise material indents in time with the procurement workflow; approve technical specifications and substitutions.
- Track wastage, reconcile material consumption, and flag overruns early.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Represent the company on site to government clients, district authorities, and consultant teams.
- Run technical discussions with client engineers; handle measurements, joint inspections, and stage-wise certifications.
- Coordinate with statutory authorities Electrical Inspector, Fire NOC, ASI where applicable on civil-related approvals.
What We're Looking For
Must-have
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognised institution.
- 7–12 years of execution experience, with at least 3 years leading a site as the senior civil resource.
- Strong command of AutoCAD; working knowledge of MS Project or Primavera; comfort with Excel-based quantity and billing work.
- Working knowledge of CPWD/UP PWD/UP Jal Nigam specifications, IS codes, NBC, and rate analysis.
- Demonstrated experience with RCC, structural steel, foundation systems (raft, pile, isolated), and high-quality finishes.
- Willingness to be based at or travel frequently to sites in UP — Lucknow, Jhansi, Allahabad, and others as projects come up.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 per month
