Hiring | Executive Assistant to Director & Trustee

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide strategic day-to-day support to the Director & Trustee.
This role is ideal for someone who can manage priorities with maturity, precision, and strong ownership.
Key responsibilities:
- Calendar, meeting, and priority management
- Preparing agendas, Minutes of Meeting, and action-point follow-ups
- Managing executive correspondence, briefing notes, and confidential documentation
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders on behalf of leadership
- Planning end-to-end travel, itineraries, and official engagements
- Supporting meetings, presentations, and high-priority initiatives
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant Executive Assistant / Executive Coordination experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent follow-up, stakeholder coordination, and multitasking ability
- High level of confidentiality, professional judgement, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom/Teams, calendars, and presentation tools
Candidates with experience supporting senior leadership in a corporate or institutional environment will be preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹565,278.00 per year
