SoftTeco is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with hands-on Salesforce experience.
The project involves supporting and enhancing Automotive Salesforce consultancy. You will work with automotive clients — including OEMs, retailers, leasing companies, and partners — helping them maximize the platform’s benefits through expert guidance and implementation. You will be part of a cross-functional, distributed team of about 10 specialists.

Collect and document business/technical requirements.

Define and limit project scope.

Bridge between client and development team.

Create and maintain documentation (requirements, acceptance criteria).

Perform acceptance testing.

Communicate progress and changes to clients.

Identify process gaps and collaborate with stakeholders to implement effective solutions;

Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements.

Ensure solution meets business needs.

Independently refine requirements, work with vague inputs, pros/cons analysis.

Work with backend/core systems without UI.

Participate in solution design with architects and developers.

Make decisions under stress with limited business involvement.

Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst | Systems Analyst.

Strong knowledge of software development processes.

System analysis of complex processes, gap identification, solution proposals.
-
Solution design documentation.
-
Database basics: tables, keys, relationships; SQL vs NoSQL.

Data mapping, normalization, transformation, validation, entity relationship analysis.

Practical integration experience: API, ODBS, CSV, FTP/SFTP, webhooks, message brokers (Kafka).

Documentation: user stories, BRD, SRS; acceptance testing.

Nice-to-have:

Salesforce (Sales Cloud) – configuration, customization, reporting

CRM integrations (Salesforce with CRMs, ERP, third-party systems).

Data analysis: SQL, large datasets, data quality.

Excellent English language skills (both written and verbal, minimum B2 level).

Strong analytical abilities for requirements gathering.

Cross-team collaboration, stakeholder expectation management, working within constraints.
