Key Responsibilities

Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with Key Clients.

Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the customer experience.

Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfilment.

Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.

Demonstrate good knowledge of all Zaggle Products and Services.

Make a personal account retention and conversion plan to achieve monthly / quarterly /
- annual quantifying targets.

Forecast and track key account metrics and prepare sales reports on account status.

Build and maintain executive relationships with customers, consult long-term strategic

direction and act as a trusted advisor.

Maintaining and sustaining long-term relationships with onboarded clients.

Develop deep understanding and hold over each account that any competitor finds it an
- uphill task to even enter the account.

Upselling and Cross Selling.
Qualification, Skill & Exposure

Management degree with minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
