Medical Representative (MR)
RPM CORP AIDS PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Medical Representative to join our growing Sales & Marketing team.
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: D.Pharm (Diploma in Pharmacy)
Salary: ₹22,324 – ₹70,000 In-Hand + Incentives
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Visit hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare institutions.
- Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, references, and networking.
- Promote company products and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Regularly follow up with customers and close business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain customer records and submit regular sales reports.
- Coordinate with the team for orders, deliveries, and payments.
Requirements
- D.Pharm qualification is mandatory.
- 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare, or hospital sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, follow-up, and customer relationship skills.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
- Must be comfortable with field work and local travel.
- Two-wheeler & valid driving licence preferred.
