Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products clearly and effectively.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain records of calls and follow up on leads regularly.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets and contribute to team performance.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and a persuasive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
- Graduate in any stream.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per hour
