- An individual with prior experience in Payment Operations practice and in the operations delivery, Consulting services at complex large and mid-sized banks and financial institutions.
- Typically viewed as a subject matter expert in Payment’s operations across Funds transfer, SWIFT, Investigations, ACH, BACS, Chaps, Lockbox, check and item processing.
- Knowledge about emerging trends
- Handle consulting engagements related to process transformation and optimization
- Supporting clients with regards to performance improvement, operating models and service delivery, primarily in the Retail banking space
- Work with IT on various automation initiatives
- Prepare pro-active pitches for various target clients across the market and working with BRMs
- Highly effective communication with all levels of the organization including senior management
