Factory Manager
Location: Bikaner, Rajasthan
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations and plant activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved efficiently and on schedule.
- Manage manpower, workflow planning, productivity, and operational performance.
- Drive process improvements, cost control, and operational excellence.
