- Staff Management & Leadership: Hiring, training, scheduling, and mentoring front desk agents to deliver excellent customer service.
- Guest Service & Experience: Resolving guest complaints, addressing special requests, and managing VIP guests to ensure high satisfaction.
- Operations & Logistics: Overseeing check-ins/outs, managing room assignments, and maintaining the accuracy of the reservation system.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Liaising with housekeeping for room cleanliness and engineering for maintenance issues.
- Financial & Administrative Tasks: Managing front office budget, processing billing, conducting daily reports (Night Audit), and managing guest accounts.
