- Supervise day-to-day spinning operations during the assigned shift.
- Ensure production targets are achieved in terms of quantity, quality, and efficiency.
- Monitor the performance of Blow Room, Carding, Draw Frame, Simplex (Speed Frame), Ring Frame, Auto Coner, and related processes.
- Allocate manpower effectively and ensure adequate staffing throughout the shift.
- Monitor machine utilization and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.
- Ensure yarn quality meets customer and company specifications.
- Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor waste levels and implement measures to reduce process losses.
- Maintain shift production reports, machine stoppage records, and quality documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, housekeeping standards (5S), and company policies.
- Train, guide, and motivate operators and junior staff.
- Conduct shift handovers and communicate operational issues to the incoming supervisor.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Planning departments for smooth production.
- Ensure discipline and adherence to attendance and shift schedules.
