Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager for our real estate business. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, handling clients, conducting site visits, and closing deals while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales through inbound and outbound leads.
- Handle client queries and provide suitable property solutions.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth documentation and closure process.
- Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and convincing abilities.
- Good knowledge of Delhi/NCR real estate market.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Client handling and relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Candidates with strong closing skills will be preferred.
