- Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular internal quality audits, evaluate manufacturing or service processes, and inspect incoming materials or finished goods.
- Compliance and Documentation: Maintain up-to-date quality management documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensure alignment with industry regulations
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Track key performance metrics, analyze defect or error trends, and present performance reports to management.
- Problem Resolution: Lead root-cause investigations, handle non-conformances, and track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Training and Support: Educate and train staff members on quality control standards, safety policies, and best practices
