About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate, patient-focused, and dedicated BHMS / BDS/ BAMS Doctor to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient consultations, conducting medical assessments, assisting in treatment planning, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and ensuring exceptional patient care. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, sound clinical knowledge, and a commitment to delivering ethical and evidence-based healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and document detailed Case History
- Conduct detailed patient consultations, examinations, and medical assessments.
- Diagnose patients and recommend appropriate treatment plans within the scope of practice.
- Explain treatment procedures, benefits, risks, and expected outcomes to patients.
- Monitor patient progress and provide follow-up consultations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Coordinate with specialists, surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Ensure compliance with medical protocols, clinical guidelines, and regulatory standards.
- Educate patients regarding treatment options, preventive healthcare, and post-treatment care.
- Handle medical emergencies appropriately and provide timely clinical support when required.
- Assist in maintaining quality standards and infection control practices.
- Participate in clinical meetings, audits, and continuous medical education programs.
- Support patient counseling and contribute to improving patient satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- BHMS / BDS / BAMS from a recognized institution
- Valid State Medical/Dental Council Registration.
- 1–5 years of clinical experience (Freshers with strong academic background may also be considered).
- Excellent clinical assessment and patient management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Good documentation and computer skills.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
