Job Title: Quality Engineer

Job Summary:
Responsible for ensuring product quality in sheet metal, welding (MIG/TIG), and CNC/VMC machining through inspection, documentation, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections
- Check dimensions using Vernier, Micrometer, gauges, etc.
- Ensure quality in sheet metal, welding, and machining processes
- Maintain inspection reports, SOPs, and quality documents
- Handle customer complaints, RCA & CAPA
- Ensure ISO compliance and audit support
- Coordinate with production for quality improvement
- Conduct FAI and process validation
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of Sheet Metal, MIG/TIG Welding, CNC/VMC
- Understanding of GD&T and engineering drawings
- Familiar with quality tools & ISO systems
- Good documentation and problem-solving skills
Qualification & Experience
- Diploma / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- 3 -5 years of experience in manufacturing unit
