We are looking for skilled and dedicated Laser Operator cum Programmer who expertise in both machine operation and CNC programming for laser cutting systems. Candidates should have basic knowledge of CNC machines, drawing reading.
Education Qualification:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
Responsibility :
- Create CNC laser cutting programs from engineering drawings.
- Convert CAD files (DXF/DWG) into machine programs.
- Optimize nesting to reduce material wastage.
- Verify dimensions and cutting parameters before production.
- Set up and operate laser cutting machines.
- Load and unload sheet metal materials.
- Identify and report defects immediately to supervisor.
- Update and maintain quality records and production reports.
- Perform daily machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
- Follow safety procedures and use PPE.
- Report machine breakdowns to maintenance team.
Requirement :
- Strong knowledge of sheet metal drawings.
- 2- 5 years’ Experience in CNC laser programming software.
- Basic understanding of nesting and material utilization.
- Knowledge of measuring Instruments.
- Basic computer knowledge
