Job Summary
We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and good Malayalam-speaking candidates for our Malayalam Voice Process. Both Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls, understanding customer requirements, providing accurate information, and maintaining a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and handle incoming calls when required.
- Communicate with customers professionally in Malayalam.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information or assistance.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and basic complaints professionally.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling/performance targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and call records.
- Coordinate with the internal team for customer requirements and follow-ups.
- Follow company calling scripts, processes, and quality standards.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the interaction.

For Freshers:
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal communication skills in Malayalam.
- Basic English communication will be an added advantage.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to make a high volume of calls.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
For Experienced Candidates:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, domestic voice process, customer service, sales, lead generation, or a similar role.
- Experience in handling customer calls and follow-ups will be preferred.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections and queries.
- Basic knowledge of CRM/software.
- Ability to achieve calling and performance targets.
