Role: Junior Project Engineer – Solar Projects
Location: Poomalaikundu, Theni
Industry: Solar & Renewable Energy
Experience: 1–2 Years Only
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of solar project activities.
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure work is completed as per project schedule.
- Coordinate and ensure the availability of materials, manpower, and equipment as required.
- Supervise solar installation and other project-related activities at the site.
- Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
- Ensure all site activities are carried out as per safety and quality standards.
- Support the Project Manager/Project Engineer in resolving site-related issues and achieving project targets.
- Provide shift-based support for PSS operations and coordinate with the concerned team to ensure smooth site operations.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) Preferred.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in project execution/site engineering. Candidates with more than 2 years of experience are not eligible.
- Experience in the solar or renewable energy industry will be preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and site management skills.
- Willingness to work at the Poomalaikundu, Theni project site.
- Willingness to work on a shift basis as required for project operations.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
