Job Description:
- Assist in daily production operations of injectable manufacturing plant
- Execute SOPs for compounding, filling, sterilization, and packing
- Monitor batch processes and ensure adherence to specifications
- Maintain BMR, equipment logs, and production records
- Support QA/QC activities including sampling and testing
- Ensure equipment cleaning, maintenance, and calibration
- Report deviations and assist in root cause analysis
- Maintain area cleanliness and GMP compliance
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of injectable manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and documentation practices
- Willingness to learn and work in shifts
- Good organizational and time management skills
