Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant (PA) to support day-to-day coordination, task management, and communication. The ideal candidate should be efficient, responsible, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily schedules, reminders, follow-ups, and task coordination
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and appointments with internal and external stakeholders
- Handle emails, messages, and ensure timely responses and follow-ups
- Maintain proper communication and coordination between teams
- Track pending tasks, deadlines, and ensure timely completion
- Assist in basic documentation, data management, and record keeping
- Support in online research, competitor analysis, and trend tracking when required
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, etc. to support quick drafting, research, and workflow efficiency
- Organize and maintain important files, documents, and records
- Manage travel arrangements, bookings, and schedules when required
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Provide general administrative and operational support as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, etc. for productivity support
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Professional attitude with a high level of confidentiality
Preferred:
Prior experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant / Coordinator
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
