Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and passionate School Band Master / Music Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training students in brass, woodwind, and percussion instruments, leading the school band for march pasts, national festivals, and school events. Key Responsibilities:
- Train students in playing various band instruments (Drums, Trumpet, Flute, Clarinet, etc.).
- Lead and conduct the school band during morning assemblies, sports days, and annual functions.
- Maintain discipline and take care of the upkeep of all school musical instruments.
- Design music lessons and practice schedules suitable for different age groups.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Certification/Diploma in Music or specialised training from AEC Training College / Military Band or equivalent institute.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Band Master or Music Teacher in a school environment.
- Skills: Excellent command over instrumental music, strong leadership skills, and ability to manage students patiently.
- Language: Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
