Job Summary
Reliable Global Exim Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and punctual Delivery Boy to support our Customs House Agent (CHA) and Freight Forwarding operations. The candidate will be responsible for delivering and collecting import/export documents from customs offices, shipping lines, airlines, clients, and other government authorities.
Key Responsibilities
Collect and deliver import/export documents to clients and government offices.
Coordinate with Customs, Shipping Lines, Airlines, CFS, ICD, and Port offices.
Ensure timely submission and collection of shipping documents.
Maintain proper records of document movement and acknowledgements.
Assist the operations team with document handling and courier activities.
Follow company procedures while handling confidential documents.
Perform bank, courier, and other office-related tasks when required.
Requirements
Minimum 10th Pass.
6 Months to 1 Year of experience in the CHA & Freight Forwarding industry.
Good knowledge of Mumbai routes and logistics locations.
Honest, responsible, and punctual.
Basic communication skills in Hindi and English.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license will be an added advantage.
